eBay orders
Sync pulls your recent eBay orders. Each order is matched to its Walmart purchase by shipping address, with the purchase date as tiebreaker when the same customer ordered twice. Green = real carrier pushed. Orange = internal number pushed as “Other” (buyer sees movement, but eBay can’t verify it — watch it in the At-Risk queue).

Step 1 — the “Send to Tracker” bookmark (one-time setup)
Tap the bookmark on your Walmart order details page, or with the Walmart shipping-notification email open in Gmail (open the actual email first, not just the inbox list) — it sends the fully rendered page here, exactly like Send to Accountant. No copy-paste needed. Works on the computer, and on the phone with the online Tracker (open it once on the phone and enter the code first).
Computer: drag this link onto your bookmarks bar: 📦 Send to Tracker
If the bar is hidden press Ctrl+Shift+B. Or copy the code and paste it as a bookmark's address:
Then: open the Walmart order page → click the bookmark → come back here → “Check for sent pages”.
Step 2 — read what was sent
Nothing checked yet.
Or paste the Walmart shipping-confirmation email / order text:
Step 3 — match to the eBay order
The Tracker matched by shipping address (date as tiebreaker). Check the match, then save the link — tracking gets classified automatically.
🚨 INR At-Risk queue
Getting them off this list (v1.3): click the Walmart order number, tap Send to Tracker on that page and read it again. If Walmart has handed the box to a real carrier, The Tracker finds the number and you get an ⬆ Upgrade on eBay button. If Walmart’s own driver delivers it, there is no carrier number — the delivery date, note and photo are saved here as your proof for an INR case.

Connections
Checking…
The Tracker borrows the eBay Lister’s eBay sign-in and AI key from this computer — nothing new to set up. If eBay shows “not connected”, open the Lister, click Connect eBay, then restart The Tracker.
⏱ Automatic run
Every few hours The Tracker pulls your eBay orders, asks Walmart about every open at-risk number, pushes real carrier numbers (FedEx / UPS / USPS / OnTrac / DHL) to eBay by itself, and upgrades “Other” orders that now have a real number. Walmart-internal numbers are never pushed automatically — they wait for your tap on the Orders tab.
How the pipeline works
- Intake — Send to Tracker captures the Walmart order page (or paste the email).
- Classify — real carrier (USPS / UPS / FedEx / OnTrac / DHL) vs Walmart internal (LMD / same-day). v1.3: the page’s hidden data and its carrier “Track” links are searched for the real carrier number, and UPS / USPS numbers are proven by their check digit even when Walmart labels them “Walmart”. A bare 9–12 digit number with no carrier named is never guessed as FedEx.
- Match — shipping address links it to the eBay order; purchase date breaks ties on reorders.
- Action — real carrier → real tracking pushed to eBay (fully protected). Internal → pushed as “Other” + flagged in the At-Risk queue.
The Tracker never relabels or converts tracking numbers — every number eBay sees is the real one. That’s what keeps your account safe.
